How does the $30 video diagnosis work?
Book a 15-minute video call slot. At the scheduled time, we'll text you a Google Meet link — no app to install, just click and join. Prop your phone up, show us the appliance, and one of our technicians will diagnose it live. About 40% of issues get fixed on the call.
What if my appliance needs an in-home visit?
If the diagnosis shows you need hands-on repair or a part replaced, you can book an in-home visit right from the call. The $30 you already paid is credited toward your $90 in-home visit fee — so you only pay $60 more. Visit fee is waived entirely if you proceed with the repair.
What appliances can you diagnose over video?
We diagnose refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, ice makers, cooktops, microwaves, garbage disposals, and wine coolers. The technician will tell you honestly if your issue can't be diagnosed remotely.
What if you can't fix it on the call?
If the issue needs a part or hands-on work, you book the in-home visit and the $30 is credited toward your $90 service fee — total diagnostic cost $90, not $120. If you decide not to proceed at all, you've only spent $30 to know exactly what's wrong.
Is $30 really all I pay if it's fixed on the call?
Yes. If we walk you through a reset, a setting change, a simple clear-out, or any fix you can do yourself, you're done. Total cost: $30. No additional fees, no surprises.
What video platform do you use?
We use Google Meet for video diagnosis — no app to install, works on any phone or computer with a camera. We send the link by text message 5 minutes before your scheduled slot.
Do you serve my city for video diagnosis?

Is the repair warrantied if you fix it after video diagnosis?
