Parts & Inventory Coordinator
Manage our OEM parts warehouse and keep service trucks stocked daily. Order parts, receive shipments, organize the warehouse, pick parts for next-day truck restocks, manage returns and core charges, and track inventory in our system. This is a detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys physical work, organization, and being the backbone of a service operation.

About this role
Manage our OEM parts warehouse and keep service trucks stocked daily. Order parts, receive shipments, organize the warehouse, pick parts for next-day truck restocks, manage returns and core charges, and track inventory in our system. This is a detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys physical work, organization, and being the backbone of a service operation.
What you'll do
- Receive daily OEM parts shipments from Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, Bosch, Sub-Zero, and 12 other brands
- Pick and stage parts for technician truck restocks (each truck gets a daily custom pick list)
- Manage inventory — receive, tag, shelve, cycle count
- Process warranty part returns and core charges with manufacturers
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse — FIFO rotation, labeled bins, hazard-free aisles
- Weekly cycle counts of high-velocity SKUs (compressors, igniters, water inlet valves)
- Monthly full physical inventory
- Coordinate with technicians on parts needs — they call, you deliver
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or parts-counter experience (appliance, HVAC, automotive, or plumbing parts preferred)
- Comfortable with warehouse management software and basic Excel
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Detail-obsessed — a wrong part costs us a return trip and an unhappy customer
Nice to have
- Prior experience with appliance OEM parts ordering (Whirlpool Service Matters, Samsung GSPN, LG Portal)
- Forklift certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with ServiceTitan or comparable FSM inventory module
