Senior Appliance Technician — Laundry & Dishwasher Specialist
Senior field technician role specializing in washers, dryers, and dishwashers across all major brands (Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, Bosch, GE, KitchenAid). Handle 5–7 calls per day in the Plano/Frisco/McKinney/Allen corridor. This is a high-volume territory with strong customer demand and an established route — you'll be stepping into a book of business with repeat customers.

Senior field technician role specializing in washers, dryers, and dishwashers across all major brands (Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, Bosch, GE, KitchenAid). Handle 5–7 calls per day in the Plano/Frisco/McKinney/Allen corridor. This is a high-volume territory with strong customer demand and an established route — you'll be stepping into a book of business with repeat customers.
What you'll do
- Perform 5–7 in-home laundry and dishwasher repairs per day across Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, and Richardson
- Specialize in LG direct-drive washer systems, Samsung digital inverter dryers, and Bosch dishwasher pump assemblies
- Maintain first-visit completion rate of 85%+ using truck-stock OEM parts
- Provide transparent flat-rate quotes — never hourly, never a surprise on the invoice
- Document repairs with photos and digital work orders before leaving the job site
- Build relationships with property managers and warranty companies in your territory
- Cover our 90-day warranty on every repair — return trips at no charge
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of paid appliance repair experience with documented laundry/dishwasher expertise
- Active Texas TDLR registration (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- EPA 608 Type I certification minimum (Universal preferred)
- LG and/or Samsung factory certification (we will sponsor re-certification if expired)
- Valid Texas driver license and clean driving record (last 3 years)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Own standard hand tools — we provide specialty tools and the truck
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior experience in warranty work for Whirlpool, LG, or Samsung
- Familiarity with Sub-Zero or Thermador (cross-training available)
- Experience with Samsung Smart Washer / LG ThinQ connected diagnostics
